US Supreme Court ruling will not affect HIPAA

With all of the buzz in the news this week about the Supreme Court of the United States hearing oral arguments on the constitutionality of the Affordable Care Act, it is notable that HIPAA and HITECH come from completely different legislation which predate the ACA.
